Students
Master student roster — upload the CSV exported from the backend (same format as
alizon-students-*.csv) and it reflects instantly on every portal. Date of birth is stored in simple
number format DDMMYYYY (e.g. 08121996 — no spaces).
Access & Logins
Manage sign-in credentials for every portal from one place. Changes take effect on the next login.
Administrator password
Change the master admin password used for the Admin, Faculty and Staff portals.
Employees & faculty are managed in the Staff & Faculty section (logins auto-generated there).
Reset a student password
Search a student and set a new password (blank → resets to their registration number).
Staff & Faculty
Add and manage employees & faculty. The login ID and password are generated automatically — you can edit or regenerate them. Records here power the Staff Portal login and the HR Studio.

Upload the fees export from the backend (CSV with the same columns as the payment report).
Re-uploads skip duplicate transactions automatically and tell you how many were found.
Payments are matched to roster students by name.

Publish module-wise results. Choose a course and module, then upload the results CSV. Students see them instantly on the public Results page (/alizon-results) by entering their registration number & batch. Re-uploading a module replaces it.
Publish a module result
CSV needs a registration-number column (header containing “reg”, “roll”, “admission” or “enroll”) and optionally a name column. Every other column (marks, grade, result…) is shown to the student.
