Eight prescriptions, each carrying an AI risk score out of 100. For every one you must decide an action and give the reason. The patient record is closed until you open it — deciding without opening it is recorded and it costs you.
Two things are tracked separately from your mark: Patient Safety, which falls when a dangerous order is allowed through, and Audit Discipline, which falls when you skip a prescription or decide without looking at the record.
The score is the tool's prediction. It has not met your patients.
