Your mission

You have been appointed Clinical Research Pharmacist for ALZ-DM-2026-04, a trial of a new oral anti-diabetic agent. Take the study from design to inspection through eight levels. Every decision counts.

  1. Your compliance score starts at 100% and falls with each non-compliant decision — compliance is lost, never earned back.
  2. Levels are sequential and cannot be revisited — a dose dispensed or a consent taken cannot be undone.
  3. A 20-minute countdown runs throughout; unanswered levels score as errors when time expires.
  4. Two decisions end the trial immediately — dispensing an expired or wrong product, and failing to report a serious adverse event within 24 hours.
