Your shift

You are the Clinical Pharmacist in a tertiary care hospital. A 68-year-old man has just been admitted with four coexisting problems and a medication list that no longer matches the evidence. The physician asks one question: “Recommend the safest and most evidence-based treatment plan.”

  1. Eight stages, each locked until the previous one is submitted — exactly as a real workup proceeds.
  2. Marks are earned, not deducted: the 100 marks follow the assessment rubric below.
  3. A separate Patient Safety Index starts at 100% and falls whenever you make a choice that could harm this patient. It is scored independently of your marks.
  4. A 90-minute countdown runs from the moment you start. Unfinished stages score zero.
  5. You may consult the AI mentor three times in total — spend the hints where the reasoning is hardest.

Five badges are on offer — Evidence Explorer, Clinical Decision Expert, Guideline Master, Patient Safety Champion and Evidence-Based Pharmacist.
