Vaccines are living biology in a vial. Keep them between +2 °C and +8 °C or they quietly lose potency — the vial looks exactly the same either way. Your job is to prove, with data, that this consignment stayed safe.
Verify what arrived against what was promised — manufacturer, batch, quantity, expiry.
Scan the QR so the carton's identity and journey are traceable.
